Psychedelic Assisted Therapy
Psychedelic-assisted therapy is a rapidly evolving and growing field. Many people are experimenting with various psychedelic substances without proper support or integration services. These powerful molecules can open doors to healing but can also be very destabilizing. I offer a harm reduction approach to psychedelics, in addition to integration services for those who need support. I do not advocate or endorse the use of any illegal psychedelic but acknowledge that people are using these substance legally and otherwise. Furthermore, I facilitate Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), a legal psychedelic, in partnership with Journey Clinical. KAP can be helpful for depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and more.

Parent Support
Parenting is complicated. Getting support for the most important job we have can transform our relationships with our children and ourselves. All behavior is a form of communication. When you learn to decode your child’s behavior, you can help them get their needs met in more appropriate ways. As a parent, you have needs too, and we will help you figure out how to value your own needs while supporting your children. I was a high school teacher for five years before becoming a psychotherapist. Additionally, as a stepparent and foster parent, I have firsthand experience with these complex dynamics.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
As the world becomes more complex, ADHD can present real challenges. ADHD can be both a gift and a liability. It can be managed and even harnessed with the proper support. ADHD is a brain difference that is adaptive in some circumstances and problematic in others. Join me in learning how to optimize your environment and mind so you can thrive. I provide CIMBS therapy to help build capacity in the parts of the brain that ADHD can compromise and offer educational support for medication management and the building structure in your life.
